Baby steps, right?

I want to better myself as a person all around. I need to set some goals in words where I can see them, instead of just having them float around my head.

I’m trying to be realistic and not set myself up with these broad grandiose goals that I can never achieve. 

1) Go the the gym 3 times a week.

2) Eat at least one serving of fruits and one serving of vegetables a day.

3) Drink at least 3 glasses of milk a week.

4) Eat salmon 3 times a week.
